A very nice place to rest and relax. V is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying here to anyone. My only issue was I found and killed one roach in the room but it is around a wooded area so it is not anything that is really unexpected. It was a very comfortable sleep that night.
Basic but clean place for a low price. Nice location in a wooded hilly area. Our room was on the second floor facing the back and it was quiet. $50 deposit. Friendly reception staff. Sagging mattresses and signs of wear in rooms but everything was clean. We did not see any bugs. No microwave or fridge, which we did not expect for the price. Good free coffee in the mornings. Working ice machine. A food truck area is just a few minutes walk.
First let's start when I first walked in, the front desk service was amazing. Everytime I stopped by the desk and needed anything I was helped with no problem. I really felt like I was safe around my family. The room was very nice clean and cozy. The location of the hotel is excellent so many options to choose from when hungry.
Rooms are good for the price and employees are solid (especially V, if you get her everything is going to move fast and she is friendly). The only problem you will truly experience is that common human decency is absolutely non-existent. The people will 100% stand outside and talk very loudly well into the early morning hours, they will absolutely have loud phone calls while pacing back and forth in front of everyone's rooms regardless of the fact that it is 3 am. This is outside of the hotel's control so they are blameless but for 46 bucks a night the other guests will completely act as if they are the only ones staying because...well...I mean what do you expect? You want them to walk down a very small staircase to the parking lot like decent human beings? That is like fifteen feet away and sounds hard.
Never will I stay here again. TV remote didn't work. Shower water cold. Toilet clogged and over flowed. Made me pay a security deposit of 50 dollars which I better get back. Nasty place.

The hotel manger is a blessing , shes in most mornings thats the lady to talk to polite an honest , tip her if u see her
Wonderful place to stay! Room was clean and welcoming, no unpleasant scents, bugs, etc.. Some signs of wear and tear (small holes in comforter, cracks in walls), but nothing unpleasant at all. Only issue I had was an AC unit leaking water, but wonderful maintenance team got it fixed in <10 mins. Temperature of room was great, felt very safe, had access to a microwave (located in the laundry room), overall very nice! Nothing fancy but great choice for the price
